1. Cancellation and Order Changes

Once an order has been placed through our website, you may cancel or modify it by sending us an email at info.khyloo@gmail.com

Once an order has been packed, it can no longer be cancelled or modified. In this case, the order must be returned to us in accordance with Section 2 below.

Since our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur, which are beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you may notify us of your cancellation in advance.

To ensure the fastest possible processing of your return, we kindly ask you to send us proof of shipment.

An early refund is possible no sooner than 16 weeks after receipt of the order if the goods have not been delivered.

As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Unfortunately, it is not possible to interrupt the shipping process once it has started. Therefore, a refund before receiving the goods is only possible within 15 minutes after placing the order.


2. Returns and Refunds

Our Return Policy forms part of these Terms under which you may access and use our Website.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may send us an email stating which product you wish to return and send the product back to us.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have received the final product.

Return shipping costs and related expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

The customer is only entitled to a refund once the product has been received by us. We will inspect the returned product upon arrival.

You must ensure that the product is returned to us in the same condition in which you received it and that it is properly packaged. The product must be unused, the labels must not have been tampered with, and the product must be returned in its original packaging.

If a product is returned to us in unsuitable or damaged condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return and/or the refund.

Our processing time for returns depends on your order. You will receive your refund within 30 days after receipt and approval of the returned product.

If we are satisfied with the condition of the returned product, we will send you an email confirming approval of your return. Once you receive confirmation, the amount will be refunded shortly to the original payment method used for the purchase. There are no storage fees associated with the returned product.

The cancellation process is completed once we have physically received the goods.

3. Steps for Cancellation

  1. Request the return form from our support team and send it back to us completed, signed, and scanned.

Please use only a return shipping method that includes a tracking number so that we can assign your return correctly. By informing us in advance about the return shipment, we can clearly match the received goods to the correct order. This is the only way we can guarantee a fast refund.

Once the return shipment has been received, we will be notified and the refund can be processed. Please ensure that you use a tracked shipping method for the return so that your return can be properly identified and processed.
